Oh! What an excellent sense of dynamics and diving energy you've got going here! The radial motion blurring of the background clouds adds some nice detail but most of it is in sharp expression on the bird's face and that of it's rider coupled with the flying hair and scarf. Well done! =)

Thank you, the sky is a background I animated moving away from the camera to get the motion effect. The whole scene worked out better than I thought it would, trial an error.
