It's a "kitbash" like the catwoman costume. That means I have thrown together a bunch of stuff I had that was unrelated to batgirl or catwoman. I think the batbelt was a a freebee here at rendo along with the cape and other stuff. I used a pair of boots for V4 and I think that is the cowel from DAZ3D for V4.
