Description

Valentino is a free-roaming stallion of the Salt Wells Creek HMA in Wyoming. He lost his entire herd in the roundup of Salt Wells Creek in October 2021 when he was captured and later released without them. Since that time he has been trying to steal mares from other bands. Last year he suffered a horrific injury either through fighting with other horses or via predator attack. He survived and healed, and this is a testament to the toughness of wild horses.
