Very nice! But how do you get up to the steps in the first one. Jump? Climb the hill? But it would certainly discourage the solicitors!
Easy: Park your boat at the entrance, go under the steps to the elevator to go up into the house. ;-) OR you have to wait for the tide to raise the water level up to the steps to get out of the boat. LOL
