Description
She is cold and calculating as she is beautiful. Nepta rules the trade of goods between two worlds many worlds away from us with absolute control. Her family has done so for thousands of our years. No one challenges her as she has made examples of those who have tried. Many attempts have been made to take her out but all fail, seeing she can read thoughts and intentions of life beings. perhaps someone will succeed in ending her reign of terror. One can hope.
