I've lived in a park like that and been intrigued by a few handsome, hunky young men who lived there.

Yes, it is unique! I lived in the park like this when I was in my early 20s, and I was in the military. It was a cheap place to live off of the base. I agree, I think he is a bit dazed.

I rented a room in a mobile home while in college. a very strong storm came through and I slept through it. many trees were broken all across the campus
When I was in the Air Force I rented a mobile home in a small rural park. After awhile, I decided to buy my own home. After it was delivered, but before they could tie it down and skirt it, we had what was referred to as an "inland hurricane," and my mobile home rolled from lot 12, onto its roof on lot 13 (which thankfully was vacant). Thankfully I had insurance!
