Hot Springs is in a mountain area. they have an excuse, but cities elsewhere that has screwy street design, has no excuse
Super looking landscape, definitely not rush hour in either photo. So much highway and very few cars on the off ramp and none on the main highway. My kind of place. lol. Was it a holiday or something?
