Chester just wags his tail.
Jaxton gives him a stern look. "I think I'll go for a walk...alone!"
Chester springs to life and immediately jumps down.
As soon as he's clear, Jaxton throws himself down on the couch, sprawling end to end. "You can sit there," he points at the coffee table he just vacated.
Chester looks puzzled, but wags his tail hopefully.
Jaxton sighs. "Okay. Okay! Well, go for a walk."
