I got it through the grapevine that today is the birthday of Jenny Pixeluna. I have some deserts also to post. a very popular rice cake, actually known as Puto ( not profanity) by the majority of people. the next dessert cake flavored with a most popular purple yam with I think a Leche Flan used as frosting

Oh wow! This is so yummy! Filipinos have this belief that having pancit on birthdays and new year (or any noodles such as spaghetti as well) symbolized long life. Those puto for dessert also looks yummy! Thank you for the dedi and the mouth watering photo. It brought back a lot of childhood memories growing up in the Philippines.
