Description

The one thing I particularly like about the "AI thing" is that I can take one of my favorite themes/stories and apply the style of one of my favorite artists to it. Thanks for the view and for any comments you like to share...

when, years ago, we studied nursery rhymes, we were blown away by the history behind them. I remember the series of songs on dancing around roses (and pockets full of posies) generated all kinds of speculation about origins...some scholars said (as I imagine you know) it goes back to the plague (yikes!), and that poseys were antidotes...the speculations abounded. What's wonderful is that, no matter where these old rhymes come from, they outlasted their roots and become delightful children's fare...before cellphones took over, at least. I wonder if any children today even know a nursery rhyme...I'm not judging, but I'd feel bereft if I'd never heard any myself...

I love that you combined it with Monet. AI gave you a very soft monet, with bright hues and pointillist textures. And I love the open field, and the colored hats and gowns, etc. Do children dance around flowers today? I hope so. Lovely image, Barb.
