It's a while ago I took this photo's in the pond nearby.
This is an Eurasian coot (Fulica atra), and I just love this little one.
btw two of the photo's are the same, one just larger.

I'm going through your recent uploads backwards (lol)---sorry! But these shots are as beautiful as the next shot. Again, you have these lines throughout, as if you picked up a rod and ran it through the water (to create a zig-zag effect). It's as if we were viewing the water through textured glass. It's beautiful.
The 2d image is darker, and you caught many water-droplet, especially around the parents' beak. The lines in the water are like a painting!
The third feels even more like a mother and child. A very loving photo.
And the last feels like a closeup. These are luminous, glassy photos. Very sweet and beautifully textured work, Jacomina.
