Description
Dorotea perched on her sister's desk and observed. Although ghostly Grace was not visible to her, Dorotea watched Lena and Gregor interact with her sister, the professor. "Body language is VERY tense but positive," she silently mused. "I wonder what Lizzie makes of that?" The interview proceeded through all the expected niceties.
"Am most pleased to be meeting you, Dr. Van Humbeek," Vladlena said, sporting a smile that approached manic. "Am sorry not better dressed for interview but have been in town only few hours. Some trouble at Airport Security but all is well now."
"Gregor has been a very useful graduate assistant and if you have his level of responsibility..." (at this, Gregor sighed) "...and the talent that your resume suggests, you would be a great asset to my investigations. Tell me more about yourself, Miss Bubnoff. I'll have some follow up questions then." Elizabeth Van Humbeek was relaxed in her familiar role as an authority.
Grace hovered near Lena and watched the girl intently. "Something about her is different," she thought. She longed to interrupt her carnal friend, Professor Van Humbeek, but kept her counsel as she had been instructed.

Nicely composed scene.
Thank you, Mazzam!
Molly
Great job on this scene and the story, Molly. The lighting is excellent - very natural.
Thank you, my dear. I was very pleased with the lighting on this one! =)
Molly
Nice posing and character interactions. Great setting
Thanks! I love the setting and had been dying to use it! It's perfect as the Professor's study and library. =)
Molly
Great looking scene and interplay between the characters. Tons of engaging detail, and the ghost looks particularly good.
Thank you, Joe. I really like this setting and added a few details of my own. I've made Grace a bit less prominent to suggest she is invisible to most of the mortals in the room. I'm glad it works for you. =)
Mollly
Woderful composition, great environment and lighting, excellent poses and expressions, brilliant render.
Magnificent Masterpiece of Finest Arts. I love it!
Thank you, Marius! <3
Molly
Good to see more of this story.
Thank you, Annie. It's one close to my heart so it's likely to go on for a bit more. =)
Molly
Another great continuation to this story as well! Love all the fine details as always! Many fine praises from me!
OMG, Molly! I have missed you! I see I'm very remiss in keeping up with your gallery! Many many fine works you have slipped in here and now I shall try to make amends! 40,000 lashes with a very wet noodle administered to me for my oversight!
I've missed hearing from you and viewing your work, Rad. I'm hoping to catch up with things this week. =D
Molly
this is a total delight!
I'm so very pleased you enjoy it, my dear! =)

Hmm, I wonder what it is that Grace is sensing in Lena? I also wonder if Lena feels a bit of chill in the air behind her, where Grace is?! Sounds like the interview is off to a good start, so I hope the professor finds it in her heart to forgive Gregor for his "indiscretions" in the way he got Lena out of Russia!
I'm delighted you are interested in the possible relationship between Grace and Lena... more to come! XD
This new graphic, looks as always very nice! I am very sorry for the copy/paste comments, but otherwise I can not manage them all and because of my spine I have no other choice. I wish you a good new week and stay safe and cheerful, because something happened so fast.
Thanks, Ute. l wish things would go better for you! <3
Molly
I am pleased to see Professor Van Humbeek and Grace again!
This is another story that I am really enjoying and not even half way through so I'm guessing you will see these two again even though the story is mainly about Vladlena Bubnoff and her flight from an unjust government. =)
Thanks for your comment, Anne. I always enjoy hearing from you!
Molly
You just picked up a very current and urgend topic. I understand that very well and I will track your story with great interest.
I'm so glad you are enjoying the story, my dear.
