Description
This is the photo I submitted in 'the renderosity weekly challenge'.
"This time the choice was not easy: "nature", it's a lot that falls under that. Because of the elegant shapes, I finally chose a recently taken photo of a fallen husk of a Hazel that I found on my way. I placed this on one of the volcano stones that is on our wooden garden table as a decoration (with succulents). You can still see 1 hazelnut in the husk.
So everything is nature: stone, husk, wood, garden."

Yum! One of my favorite nuts...great capture of the husk, I bet most people have never even seen one...There is a Black Walnut tree in a yard beside us, a huge branch fell in the storm so I got a couple shots of the nuts still green on the tree, the squirrels had a rousing good time with them:-) Superb macro!
