Description
The air on the planet Sfintei Cruci, is breathable, but only for short periods of time. With prolonged exposure, the high sulfur content irritates the lungs. The air also stinks. Human settlements, therefore, are all fully pressurized using filtered air, and when people go outside they wear masks.
The five original colonies on Sfintei Cruci have, by the 36th century, evolved into five sovereign nations. They manage to mostly get along, however, which is a good thing because the planet as a whole only gets one vote in the League of Suns.

I do hope the gentleman's right arm is still fully intact and it's just an external piece of armor that he wore over his arm. I'd hate to think he lost his arm and what the image shows is a mechanical replacement.
