Eloquently done, and I had to crack a wry smile at the Renderosity site being on her screen!

People of a certain age are not immune to the fascination of screens. Outside of work and play, screens are addictive when they exacerbate the creation of images. Always more posts, always looking for more likes, sooner or later the desperate loneliness lurks when the lack of ideas arises and the lack of relationships other than those of Internet users. Renderosity is no exception to this kind of competition.

Another striking picture! I like how the elderly woman is not taking much solace from the young woman who is evidently trying to be of help. How often we isolate ourselves from those who mean well? On another note, the elderly lady reminds me of myself... XD

Online relationships cannot really replace face-to-face relationships. Or rather, they make it possible to maintain the bond between people who appreciate each other and whom life has moved away, or even, it is first of all the emotional richness of our real life which can nourish that on social networks.
