Love the below ground setting. It creates great lighting effects. The hunters are a bit out numbered.
3 are enough, because they have special weapons!
These are frightening zombies! I think your first render, with the reddish glow has a more intense feeling!

I like the middle picture the best of the three as it has more consistent lighting between the background and the rendered bits of the picture. Thanks for sharing all three, I had fun viewing them!
