Description
I caught pneumonia a few days ago.
I went to the doctor last Monday because of severe pain (like stitches) on the left side of my chest, got all mucousy, had a fever for 2 days, he diagnosed the beginning of pneumonia, have strong medication now, in a week I have to go back to the attending doctor next Monday for a follow-up (new blood test and IRM of the lungs).
Now I have to spend most of my time in bed because the antibiotics I was prescribed knock even the strongest man out and make me tired.

I got Augmentin 875/125 mg (Amoxicillin-3-Wasser 1004,42 mg pro 1 Tablette = Amoxicillin (875 mg pro 1 Tablette - Clavulansäure kalium 148,91 mg pro 1 Tablette = Clavulansäure (125 mg pro 1 Tablette) - Bäng! Now I go immediately to bed!!!

it is a royal pain when the cure is worse than the ailment. hopefully you will have a quick recovery. I use Amoxicillin also. it knocks out nasal infections pretty quick for me.

Hi, das hört sich ja nicht so gut an... Antibiotika sind schon harte Geschütze, aber mit einer Lungenentzündung ist nicht zu spaßen... Wichtig vor allem ist Ruhe... Ich wünsche dir baldige und gute Genesung :) Ich freue mich auf kommende Render !

Herzlichen Dank für deine Genesungswünsche, als sgg. Nachkriegsware bin ich ja schon einiges gewöhnt, diese Antibiotika hauen den stärksten Mann von den Beinen, ich liege meistens flach, es geht aber schon besser wie vor 3 Tagen!

This was checked by the doc first, eveything is OK apart the high inflammation level, which comes partly from the Arthrosis, I thank you for your sympathy!
