Interesting sequence! Donna is our housemate's favorite companion (Rose is my wife's and Clara is mine), but I'm curious why she looks like a zombie here?
Well think about it...Donna is full of the regenerative energy from the two-way biologic meta-crisis that created the Doctor-Donna. When she sneezed the regenerative energy (which is similar to TARDIS energy) is slightly visible as a Yellow energetic field. Which in this case remains as a sort of indication that the Doctor-Donna part of her is active......
