Description
Just a macro photo taken of this bumblebee on one of the Violets of which we have a very large flower box.
I was very surprised, I didn't know insects love Violets too.
Dear friends, thank you very much for your look.

Amazing and stunning work!
it has so many fake eyes. a predator stands little chance for a meal. very good macro
Great close-up!
De klasse fotografe was weer in actie met een prachtige macro als resultaat !!
Superb capture Mies.
I think bumblebees are not so picky about that. They seem to like everything ;) Very nice capture Jacomina.
As this time begins for flowers of course but Bee is normal event for the flower, very nice!
a burst of deep purple...and then the bumble bee is very busy eating. He's eating the stamens, I assume---and you caught the yellows, and the mess! I love how messy it is. (The pollen is scattered all over the petals.) A terrific macro, and the petals dominate your shot, with restful greens and pale yellows in the background...
