You know, it almost has the look of a Paul Klee painting, or something else from the explosive days of the first few decades of the 20th C. I love the harlequin look of your figure, and at the same time it appears to be a ballet dancer with a tutu. And you have real newsprint in there, and a wonderful rushed set of heavy paint strokes. Though your title says "good news day," there's something also macabre about this. A mysterious, powerful image. Your imagination is always fresh, always new, I never feel I'm seeing something old. Real integrity in the forms too.
