All my friends who have moved from Russia to the USA say the same thing about Putin. I've noticed since 1991 a new generation who has never known Communism is now in adulthood, their easiness of accepting old USSR ideologies. 2 years ago, they started religious persecution again. When a society begins cracking down on how people peacefully worship, they are choosing evil over good.
As an American, I must remember religious persecution is what drove people to leave England on the Mayflower.
