Description
Her performance finished Marlena, now the New Woman of the alien overlords, approaches the VIP table.
Karl "Krusher" Kropuskov cleared his throat. "You have talent. I can be patron? Have favors of you?"
"I am honored to offer favors, Mr. Kropuskov! I am pleased Mr. Lee and his family were able to be here as well!" Marlena moved to remove her eye wear. "I would love to oblige each of you with a kiss!"
Molly's art notes: A different sort of retro sci fi. This was set up and rendered with Poser 12.0.703 using the Superfly Cycles 2 rendering engine. Marlena is based upon the La Femme mesh with texture and morph modification by Tempesta3d. Characters seen here are based on La Femme, Victoria 4, Michael 4, Victoria 3, Terai Yuki 2, Dork, Loretta LoRez and Joshua. I can provide more information about the costuming and characters if you like; some of it is pretty old stuff. The Hype Club is content by Christophe3D formerly known as Powerage.

as ED says, great lighting in this, Molly, and the PoV gives you a nice "in there with the VIPs" view, very well done indeed
Thanks, Paul. As I mentioned to ED, the lighting is merely some tweaking of the original lights that Christophe3d (formerly Powerage) included with the product. The point of view was particularly pleasing to me and I'm very happy you feel it works.

Lots of color! Glad to see you're making good use of Tempesta's characters and the old MortemVetus figures which were pretty much the best available in their time - if you like Vikings, barbarians and such. I sure do!
Heh. I agree with you about the work of Mortem Vetus and Tempesta3D. It turns out if you use a viking face on an oriental looking mesh and give him a brush cut you have a Chinese crime lord! XD

Thank you! The story started many pictures ago with Marlena's abduction by aliens and is still going strong. I don't know how much longer I'll continue with it but I really appreciate it when someone leaves me a nice comment! =)

You are so talented with your story telling and rendering, always putting together such marvelous and complex scenes. I wouldn't even know where to start to make a render like this, but your work gives me something to strive for and I find it so inspiring!!
Wow! What a lovely comment! I shall treasure it as I think very highly your work! As for complicated you just keep adding things that you think belong in the scene and moving them around, and test rendering and moving them around... until your head explodes! Then it's ready for final rendering... XD
As for story-telling that's my favorite thing to do. I think that's left over from years of role playing in Second Life. So again, what a lovely comment! <3
