This is a new version of my image from 2019. I thank you for looking and wish you a nice Friday!
Some Christmas thoughts:
We often feel alone and life seems to imprison us
to hold us captive with all its difficulties!
It is part of our path,
that we feel separated from God!
Otherwise we could not make our experiences!
How and what God is,
we can not understand with our mind!
Perhaps it succeeds to some people,
to guess it with their heart!
And it must be exactly the same!
We are here on the world
because we want to experience ourselves!
Because we want to know how it is!
How it feels to be in a body.
to feel pain in it and also tenderness!
As a disembodied spirit this is not possible!
We want to experience
how it feels to be lonely and sad!
For this we have to feel separated from God
and the spiritual world,

Absolutely breathtaking scenery outside the window. If the witch could bring Rapunzel up to be such a pretty young woman, give her such nice clothes and let her stay in a place with such a great view outside the window, then it seems the witch isn't entirely bad after all. :)
The long verse you cited sounds very close to Advaita Vedanta. Don't know what it might have to do with Rapunzel, but I resonate deeply with it all the same.
