Pepper and Loco are enjoying the late winter snow. Loco wants to show Pepper how appreciative he is of the chance to romp in the great outdoors by licking her face. She is trying to tamp down his enthusiasm because dog slobber on your face in below freezing temperatures is not a good idea.
