The room is from CGTrader, it is called soft area near the window. You will have to add the walls, floor and roof though.
Wow! There's some complicated lighting here that has produced an excellent, realistic result. I presume you are rendering with Superfly. The pose is very natural and the whole scene really evokes a sense of anticipation that is really nice.

A lot of the lights are actually just light emitters. A simple trick that really pays off 😊

This is absolutely stunning! I'm sorry I missed it in December :-( But all those details... wow! You've created such a beautiful and cozy holiday setting, using an impressive variety of elements! Definitely a favorite :-)
Thank you :) I did spend a ridiculous amount of time creating it, putting things in there only to remove them again rolls eyes at self but I did have a good time making it. I actually love making large settings but it is (sometimes) very time consuming :D
