As ALWAYS, thank YOU so much for stopping by and taking the time to share my visions! Your generous thoughts truly mean the world to me!!
But, as I’m sure ya’ll know by now, if it weren't for nonsense, I'd have no sense at all.
Be the Trey (AKA Beowulf Rudolf Constantine von Yeti III) is returned from his stint in the space station. He spent over a month in blissful silence. Dear sweet Mamma is reliably too thrifty to send a voice mail when a (highly delete-able) (He wouldn’t DARE!) (oh, yes he did!) email will suffice. But all good things must end. Be’s not the only patriot in need of some time away from ... others. So he rides the shuttle back to Earth.
As he trudges, dutifully towards home, he encounters an Elvish Sheila peddling hot air balloons, and lets himself be persuaded to take a ride with her. He’s thrilled with the ride! The Sheila just remembered she didn’t fully cover the crashlanding options. She hopes he’ll enjoy crashing!
The pixels are so sad. They thought they’d abandoned Be on Yeti 1 and would never ever, Ever, EVER have to contend with Yeti fur again. But no. Here it is again. In the sky. In the WIND. The poor little fellas and fella gals keep losing their grips on his hair and are getting whipped away by the wind. Which is by far a better fate then the crash landing. Except for the pixels eaten by birds and spiders and other wind-borne pixel-eaters. The death count is high.
St Pixels Memorial Hospital is understaffed. Workers walked off the job when Ma Genta canceled the annual Rum-Soaked Turkey giveaway and Christmas Parade. St Pixel’s HR manager halfheartedly stuck “Help Wanted” sign in the front lawn, but no one expects results. SOME traditions are sacred.

Fantastic work! The ride might end in a crash, but at least Be has found a lovely Shiela to crash with.

You just can't get good beer in space, no wonder he came back. I'm sure there's a cooler with ice and some of St Pixels finest brew on board the balloon. Elvish Sheila's are known for their gone wild party ways, no wonder Von Yeti is smilling, lol... ;)

Well, it looks like he's pretty pleased with his current ride, and to be honest I wouldn't mind taking a ride with this Sheila myself - other than the crashing part. My vines have tender grapes...

A very friendly and campy scene once again, Andy! I was wonderful what would happen to the von Yeti! A sun scene very well assembled and delivered! Bravo! Those poor pixels sure take a beating sometimes! LOL!

picking up where I left off...your narrative suggests quite a ride, with the Sheila pulling him in with her wiles...I really like the relaxed feel of this: The sunny and shaded background is very restful and calming. (Looks like a blurred background of trees, etc.) The detail on Trey is fine, as it is on Sheila: Your two flyers and their ballloon chamber have photographic clarity. And they look like they're posing for a news magazine shoot. Really well done...looks like a couple on an enjoyable vacation, posing for a photograph. Sweet image, despite the conflicts in the story's background...
I fear that balloon basket is going to tip quite a bit to one side with Be's considerable (and considerably handsome) weight inside it! But luckily for the sheila, he looks like he'd be fun to cling onto in case of emergency :-) Lovely scene!
