Description
Close-up from a big Hornet taken in our garden. I don't like these critters, they eat honeybees and butterflies.
Thank you very much for your look.

This image is the level of perfection that most photographers aspire to reach one day! Beautiful work...it can't get much more perfect than this my friend! This is a photograph I would be proud to hang on the wall of my home. An instant favorite with me and a 10 platinum star image for sure! :-)
A very, very beautiful snapshot! Yes, they are pretty creepyy around and close by, how ever, they have their place/job in nature (even if I hate it too, if they eat honeybees and butterflies). We have always some of them in our garden, but unlike the normal wasps, they don't bother humans, unless you come too close to their nest and they feel threatened.
Outstanding capture, fantastic and beautiful photo, love it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Big ol hornet. Great close up with super focus.
cool DOF and details
Great macro, the details are stunning, but it's true, don't like hornets, Bravo.
An insect not very fraquentable! Superb macro!
Wonderful picture my friend :)
Very nice closeup Jacomina.
Mies, opnieuw een macro van de bovenste plank !! Zonder deze perfecte macro is het niet mogelijk om dit beestje echt te zien. De details zijn super !!
Impressive shot!
