I think the officer is fascinated. But by what I ask? Nicely zoomed in view! Great looking scene! I pity the great looking hunk in the red shirt. I think he might be getting some unanticipated disciplining once he is processed into the local confinement area? Well, live and learn. Always avoid those southern states if you can help it.
