I'm skipping, Ute, only so I can get a good selection of your recent pieces (and I want to get to some of your halloween work too). The 3 images after this have wonderful light and highlights, and glittering effects and composition, etc. You create with so many different styles and settings, I don't think there's a style you can't do consummately. This piece takes us back to your wonderful late-night urban work. I love this woman's posture---she's proud and joyous, and she dares anyone to "mess" with her. She actually looks like she's performing on the Broadway stage (I expect her to sing a song). I love her blue suit---pinstripe too---and her purples (in her tie, hair and nails). That's a great pose.
then there's that almost high-tech cartoon bike: Love the light on it, and the contrasts. (See, the headlights look like cartoon eyes!) Love the smooth chrome effects. And then the background is doused in deep blues and purples, etc. A terrific piece. You work with late night urban life beautifully. This lady shows great confidence and style...she takes over the whole city block...
