Beautiful painting.Magnificent.
I'm skipping a few images so I can comment on these most recent pieces; I'll come back for more soon---This is amazing. This has real "oil paint" qualities. And I love the strokes---they're energized and vital and primal. You have the energies that the 20th C. Abstract Expressionists used, except that this painting is much more colorful. It looks like some of the "drip paintings" of the New York artists of the 80s and 90s. Beautiful whites, and your other colors are very rich. I can see a triptych, but I also see a lanscape horizon...this piece definitely has a "top" and a "bottom". (I can also see 3 parts across the image.) A very vital piece, and the whites make it stand out, as if you saw this scene through a snowfall. Really beautiful, and it's great to see your physial painting again. This last batch is really powerful.
Spectacular art!
