This is kind of pinups of sort for Brianna Smart AKA Outburst. She had three different abilities mostly tied into kinetic energy. A sonic scream, a personal force field and energy blasts. She can only use one power at time. Maybe as she matures she might be able to utilize them simultaneously. She's a sharp thinker and always tries her best. Although Benji AKA Relay is her twin brother I made her a little thicker sense she's not a speedster like him or their father.
