you've made this almost an abstract: The grays and blacks and whites make it a full abstract, and you got amazing formations, almost like a natural mold or other primal growth fanning-out into the landscape. (I assume this is water with land forms.) Beautiful study of natural forms, and endlessly fascinating in this gray hued black and white.
no water except during heavy rains. it is desert 100%. thanks Mark
I can see the details better on the color version, but it must come from my eyesight which is not getting better
Treated in black and white it looks like a medical X-ray, it is very nice.
Hard to recognize things from the air. Harder still in black and white, which removes some of the information we use to tell objects apart. As someone commented above, though, that creates an almost abstract art quality to the image.
Amazing black and white photo.
The formations look rough like a frozen tundra.
👍😍👍
I had no idea you are that tall...
Wonderful capture, my dear Richard.
Original view, great capture !!
Stunning capture.
I agree with anahata.c ... The gray scale has some amazingly interesting attributes. The grounds scape creates a very surreal canvas for the camera to play on.
