Just for giggles.
I used the opportunity to play around with some post-work. This is HH's T-rex 2 - the last image used T-Rex 3. 3 is definitely a better Rex, and both are head and shoulders above the old one.
However, I wish they had some more support. They made a saddle for T-Rex 3, but it's very poorly designed. And nobody, it seems, thought to give the dinosaurs the ability to have facial expressions. I would have loved to give this guy a smile as he visits the sunflowers.
Saddles for dinos is actually why I'm looking into Blender. I haven't done much there yet, but I did some art with old Tahawk that really makes me want to get saddles and howdah's made for several of the dinos. For reasons.
Actually, I think it's time I uploaded the art I did with Tahawk, so expect another post shortly!
I'm trying to catch up. In taking a week off, I came back to an inbox that informs me of several hundred gallery submissions awaiting a good look. I don't think it's fair to just skip them all - I know I'll miss something really cool. However, I also know that leaving several hundred comments will make it next to impossible to catch up. Especially with new submissions every day. So... I am looking, and hitting like, and then leaving comments on any that really catch my eye.
I heartily applaud all the fine work, though! There's a lot of talent on Renderosity.

Thank you. It can be a lot of work some days, but I know, as I've experienced, that sometimes one little comment can make a world of difference. I just don't want to get apathetic.
