Description
I'm working on learning modeling in Blender. While I've used it a little in the past, I've never gotten proficient in it. So I thought I'd start off with a beginner's tutorial. I was hesitant because I don't need a doughnut, but the tutorial went into so much more than just making a doughnut and I'm glad I took the time.

Oh great! I often thought about learning blender and every time I opened it, I got intimidated by its chaotic User interface. If you know a good tutorial, I'd really be interested to know. Maybe I could get over the first frustration the next time I try?
Download the latest version. It's less chaotic, I think. I really like Blender Guru's tutorials. They're a little longer, but he spends time explaining why you do something rather than just saying do it. This was done with his beginner tutorial.
