And what a light it is--the golden glow is so beautiful. The underwater scene is spellbinding--so much going on and to examine. I especially like how the sun's rays are carried into the water for the mermaid to enjoy.

Very cool brought a lot of thoughts to mind. I would think Merfolk would shun the light of scrutiny night or day. Of course that may just be my conscience screwing with me, no matter how old you get you can't hide from your past.

ditto the above incl steve, wolf, barb, etc...I guess these creations just come out of you while you nurture them every step of the way; but to me they seem to drop out of the heavens, and they're always mysterious, magical and inexplicable. I love the two lights (the moon and the lighthouse), and the sky full of lights, and the light on the horizon, and how it all bursts into the sea (you have a moon reflection down there)...and then, bingo, the mermaid is underneath, taking in the light and surrounded by an undersea king/queendom. Two completely different worlds united by light---pure magic, Barb. And the lighthouse island is a floating 'rock'...terrific, another special jewel from you. I hope you're well and ditto your mom, and that the freedoms brought by the vaccine flow into your life. You bring a lot of magic here, you deserve it all back.
