Description
I just received a Sitemail from RodS, telling me and asking that I share the bad news regarding Rod's network. IT IS DOWN! He thinks it will take a few days to troubleshoot and repair the system. This means that he effectively out of the running.
I ask that you give all the powerful thoughts and prayers to help Rod find and fix the problem. He is currently battling severe depression, something I know all too well, so this network hiccup is not helping him at all.
Hayley, a wonderful Tech-Fae at Fae Valley, is on her way to assist Rod in searching for answers for the network problem(s).
Queen Zlata, the Gentle, is working alongside her healing faes to find relief regarding his depression.
I was planning to post just about any image, but this sitemail put a hell of a note of urgency for me.

Thanks, Mike! I hope Hayley has better luck than I've had today. Cool work, buddy.
Folks, unfortunately it might be a while before I'm able to continue the story... My main Poser machine is hosed for some reason. All I get is a black screen with a mouse pointer on both monitors. Might be the video card, I don't know. Odd that this happened the same time as my entire network going down. Oddly, the WiFi is working normally so I can connect with the laptops. but my entire LAN is down. I cannot connect to the other computers or my network drive The only ray of light in all this is all important files are backed up on multiple hard drives. But I'm anticipating a long and stressful series of troubleshooting sessions for the foreseeable future. As Mike said, I've been dealing with severe depression the last couple weeks, and this has not helped my mood..
Hope to have the Girls back in action at some point. Wish me luck...
You are welcome, Rod. In a way, I understand your situation in a different way. My DAZ computer is down because I couldn't remember the new password. So I've got to go in at the C prompt and manually reset my password through sysedit...
I'm sure Hayley and Zlata will sort Rod in no time at all! Nice work Mike!
Not a good time for hardware problems with the shortage of Microchips the prices have skyrocketed. I priced a new Vid Card last year (which I knew would be my next needed upgrade) at $160 for an 8gig AMD RadeonRX580 today it's $600-$700 bucks it's freaking crazy.
Fabulous work, Mike!
She looks determined to help Rod at all costs; her pose and expression are great. Nice work, Mike, thanks for the info.
i know how Rod feels and you Mike, under even more severe depression myself. and it is amongst my worst ever in my life. i truly feel i would be better off dead then deal with my issues. but i say keep your chin up and carry on cause i am so tying myself my friend. i hope the very, very best for you and Rod. the T.N.A. headquarters is needing some cleanup looks like. great image and thanks for sharing the info.
Steve, the one thing I've learned in my 69 years on this planet is that you have to take it one day at a time. If it will help, think of this: when you get up in the morning and Satan says, "Crap! Steve's awake!" and you look down and smile and say, "Yep!".
Condolences to Rod! THANKS for keeping up posted!
Oh' my goodness, enough is enough, that's all we need, we'll all have to call a fundraiser into being to get Rod out of this predicament, who in the US is willing to organize something like that via Facebook? Please keep me informed!
I am sure Queen Zlata will help.
Nice work
bien
Queen Zlata sure looks powered up and ready to go and help out.
What a wonderful message and dedication to your friend Rod.
Also sending prayers and hugs to you, Rod and others going through depression.
The struggle is real and can be stressful.
Talking from experience, I can guarantee with hard work, keeping in touch with your friends and keeping busy will help.
I also am taking a antidepressant which helps tremendously.
❤️💕❤️
Please pass it on that I will be glad to lend an ear and offer technical help if i can. Most of my work related life revolved around system debug.
Wonderful composition and render.
Thanks for the info! Sexy fairy!
Fae with attitude!
Mike, I never got the ebot for this--I would've noticed, since you haven't posted much lately, and a piece from you is an event. I'm sorry to Rod for all that hit him at once---network, machines, moving, cleaning, neighbors and depression. (Steve has depression too, I see. Boy this last year has really taken its toll! I know in your case it's been added-to by so much physical travail, pain, and recovery. You're all being challenged to the hilt. Your image should do its work for all of you.)
I really like the "search" feeling here, like she's checking every nook and cranny for the answer. And her wings are magic, and her spear is like a laser version of those things hunters use to find truffles. Really cool mysterious hall too, with a great lantern in the upper right. Love the image, Mike, I wish you a much better time ahead. And Rod, may your problems be solved quickly rather than over time, and I wish you much better spirits in the process. I know what "computer hell" is---for days, it feels like there'll never be an end. I hope that doesn't happen to you!
Take care, Mike, and sorry I didn't see this sooner.
A great image.
Thanks for the news! I hope by now it is up and running again. If not, I shall say a little prayer that the issue is resolved soonest.
Loving your tech fae, by the way!
This fairy looks very angry and dangerous! Very well done image, Mike!
Very cool render, MIke!!!
i hate when things go sideways
A very special project for this special lady! I believe she succeeded in helping Rod. I see he has some more output since this posting! Many fine praises and kudos from me on this excellent creation!!!!!

a very determined fae, she's on a mission. Looking good on this one, buddy.
