Description
Toniann & I were talking in Liz's paddock, while the girls played & she was telling me about some deer she had come across while driving the other day.
I had my back to the fence, it looks out onto the wood.
Toniann said the word DEER twice & I said "yes you were saying" NO she said DEER.
I looked behind me, the girls were at the fence watching a deer gamble by.
I called them & luckily neither of them decided it would be good to jump the fence & give chase.
I cannot tell you how relieved I was.
If they had given chase goodness knows where they would have ended up & there were sheep round in some of the fields.
Munsters are worked on deer.

For sure it's a good thing there's that fence :) Guess the wind was blowing towards the deer. Can barely make out the deer--guess it's in the top center...I grew up in a house surround by acres of woods--had all sorts of wild animals on our property--many deer, especially in the winter when they were very interested in our bushes :)
