Description
The first one this year captured in our garden.
Anthocharis cardamines, the orange tip, is a butterfly in the family Pieridae.
I love butterflies, and especially of this kind.
They look so tender and fragile, so volatile and small.
Thank you very much, dear friends.

Beautiful!
Very nice shot, bravo.
Beautiful capture.
Whenever I see your nature photography, I see how they inspired some of your fractal art. Your fractal art is like a personal 'bow' to nature's patterns. This butterfly---photographed beautifully---shows all the intricate patterns and veins and sweeps that your fractals have. I love the green-yellow patterns---and then, suddenly, you have rich bright oranges. We can see the veins in the leaf too. (And some of the insect's hairs.) A beautiful, typical butterfly shot from you.
