One of the images part of my womens day project (a bit more longterm than just one day). I let them voice what they have to face day by day and what they want. I took a sword, but she could have anything in her hand: robot rigger control, screw wrench, keyboard, etc - there are many many situations where you get told that you cannot do this cause you are female. Which is not true: let your daughters become professors (physic, mathematics, medicine, computer science, anything), astronauts, mechanics, super mark boss, artists, rally drivers - what ever they can do great. Support them! I encounted several situations like this.. still hear that from jobs that are connected to countries outside europe - they don't take a women serious. Why?
