When I first saw the title I read 'Waiting Hell', and apart from too few people, it's a very appropriate misreading. The image gives that feeling of timeless limbo, where you are apart from life, nothing pleasant is possible but nasty events occur often. Not nice.
Now you see apart from the fact that it is called waiting hall this can by all means become a waiting hell if once again everything does not run as it so ...
