Description
Starting a new series here of glamour shots of a few OCs. This is Sasha, from my Lenny and Lola story. She's a bit of a bash, but is using Xiaang's head and skin. (Along with the Petite Model body.) She was Lenny's first love, who was murdered before the start of my book.
She's wearing Lully's Mameluke Gown. This gave me no problem in its simulation! I'm glad to finally have a chance to render it. I imagine more of Lully's stuff will show up in this series.
I figure she'll feature in a few, and some of the other models from her agency. (Expect to see Rochelle make an appearance!) It's a nice set, and just seems perfect for some glamour modeling shots. Plus, it will help me establish a particular style. I know the agency handles some hot-rod shoots, but I'm looking to establish a particular shooting style.
I hope you like it! Just a quick pass from a filter. Lit with the Brooding Skies HDRI set and a single spotlight.

Thanks, RRD! She's great to work with, with the way her skin catches light. The ideas was for her to mimic the light and dark of the background. Kind of a thematic effect. I hope it worked out.

There is some symbolism at play here. I think, story-wise, this will be her "Last" photo shoot. A bit of a swan song type of thing. It occurred to me this morning that there was more powerful themes at play in relation to the larger story.
If only I could split into three copies and write three books at once...

Thanks a lot! Yeah... I think part of it is my images tend to be viewed through Lenny's eyes, so of Sasha they tend more towards dark/gothic type stuff.
Great character and setting, love the pose too. The idea of the rose inthe greenhouse is a nice concept. ...though to my eye, a little less "headlamp" and more downlight (given its a glass roof, and with holes) might be worth a try...
No headlamp, it is a spotlight. But I see what you mean. Maybe I'll try that on the next one. Thanks for the feedback!
