I can definitely see the Ute elements...with your magic. Love the silver-blue-tinted light. And the mountain background, with a sweeping glacier valley. And another of your birds which always add a timeless journey accent. (Here it's also white, which suits the snow theme.) You have a lute player, and an older couple in late 19th C garb---something out of a currier and ives piece--and a feeling of mythical winter/christmas-time magic. Love how you handle lanterns and lights---there's this etched way with the light rays, and the gold always gives a warm feeling to dark or shaded scenes. Also, the walkway cuts right through it, from right to left, and ties the image together. Beautifully done, barb; as always.
