Oh, this is gorgeous! Wow! I love how the owl-spirit seems to glow and cast light on her. This is really lovely!
Thanks Rod :) ... I used a Gaussian blur on the owl (postworked in CS2) to give it a glowing edge and a point light at the same position. I thought about an emissive bird object there bit this way retained more detail.
You've created such a beautiful scene...Her pose to welcome the approaching owl is excellent as is the light of the moon illuminating her back...
Thanks Goldie, much appreciated
Wow !! A graceful character, a real treat for the eyes this invocation of the lunar spirit
Thanks Monique, praise indeed! :)
Excellent
Is she summoning David Bowie? It would totally make sense...
This is lovely work. I love the lighting immensely! I hope my smart-alec remarks aren't too annoying, because I really do like your work.
Glad you like it :)
(though I must confess I don't get the Bowie reference).
It's wonderfully done dear Joe, love it a lot! 👻
Maybe Ziggy Stardust, I don't know just throwing it out there. Nice work Joe
Beautiful image.
The work on the owl is so magical. I love her rapturous expression as she draws it to her in the moonlight.
A beautiful composition! You did an excellent job on this one and I like it a lot! Very well done! Have a happy Halloween! :-)
Love the lighting here! That is definitely a magical owl.
