Just a knockout render. It doesn't look too time-specific, so the aged look just adds to the mystique of such lovely artwork.
Well by the time of Cleopatra , the temples at Luxor (which are by a long stretch not the oldest in Egypt) were around 1500 years old, so ruins are perfectly in keeping with a late dynasty pharaoh.
