The POV is well chosen, I like her attitude, very impressive scifi image !
I'd be so claustrophobic in a chamber like that! But I guess if he's on life support, he has bigger concerns :-( Nice camera angle to show us both the patient and the person worrying over him!
Camer angle, pose, lighting and mood all combine to tell the story.
