Description
The Street - Jump
With one long jump Masozi is free. She has bounded over the walls of her imprisonment. She has now escaped her old life. No longer will 'Plantation Economics' keep her chained. Through her educational perseverance she is leaving her old life behind. No more nightly shootings, no more corner boys, and no more bone crushing poverty for this girl. She is set free and Masozi is going places.
For Congressman John Lewis 1940 - 2020
Greeting all. As my dive into DAZ | studio deepens, I am working on a new series called 'The Street - xxx.' I want to thank all of you who have shown me the kindness of your technical help and your encouraging comments. You mean a whole lot to me.
Peace be with You... Dag

Looking good! I would suggest setting a DOF, and setting it to blur everything behind the wall.
I like the render, though. She looks quite ecstatic!
A interesting idea. I can see that working quite well. You may just see a swap out. Thanks a bunch for everything.
She's so excited and she can't deny it. Love the wall.
Thanks a lot. This one is for Congressman John Lewis 1940 - 2020. He was a Civil Rights Legend who just passed. I really wanted to do something to honor him.
There is still some life in this dead city! She is bound for better things in her new life! I wish her all the success she richly deserves. A very happy character and fun scene! Have a very happy weekend!

Good for her, you go gal! Yeah, it seems all that happened is we exchanged one form of slavery, for another one. Just like the end of feudalism just created a different kind of serf.

The colour, pose, and mood are really great here. :)
Thanks for the encouragement. LyleAryn suggested I use a shallow DOF. It made a huge difference in composition. If you saw it with a clear BG go check out the difference. You all are really helping me out and I owe you big time.
Her joy is so catching--I hope all Maszois of the world spring free into the sunlight!

Very well done, Dag

Superb and very dynamic scene, nice joyful expression too, wonderful image!

A great way to honour such a pioneer. She's jumping for joy to celebrate his life and achievements.
Thanks for stopping by. He was indeed a great leader and a man who spent his life lifting people up. Looking forward to seeing more of your work.
Very cool - it also looks like she's jumping for joy.
Thank you very much for visiting. You are always welcome here. I really liked your latest piece "Fascination."
I wish I could jump again!
Excellent work on these!
