Evocative image. Not that feeling sad is a bad thing per se, but I hope you are able to shake off the blues.
big hugs dear!
fantastisch
Aah, Sinatra's voice in the song "My way" is something. The feeling of depression is arguably part of creativity, like the other side of the coin. In "depression" I mean as the word "depressurization", me, who has practiced apnea during these last years: to want to seek treasures of imagination at depths greater and greater, and more and more frequently, intellectual suffocation awaits us, and its depressive drowning. I can understand this and watch for the warning signs myself in my own creativity. To see the world as an artist is not to produce images as one would endlessly accumulate objects. The Internet and its mass of information have contributed to this confusion. The artwork is part of what helps me re-read the meaning of my life. This morning, I marveled at the moving abstract canvas made by the rays of the sun on my tiled floor, through my shutters and the moving texture of the leaves of the trees shaken by the wind. This free beauty, I don't necessarily need to make an outward image of it (even if my words have just done so). Finally, in what prompts me to share images, I recently discovered this thought from Edouard Glissant, the poet and writer: “change through exchange with the other without losing or deluding my sense of self”.
Great, emotional and striking image, adrie :)
Stunning image and very well done!

Powerful image!
I understand depression only too well. Sometimes it helps me to try working it out in my art, sometimes not. I do hope you are feeling better now. Just never give up. hugs
Fantastic image!!!
So beautiful and sad! Take care of you, Adrie!
Beautiful picture! Depression unfortunately is a state that more and more people are facing nowadays and it's frightening, how lot's of people don't take this serious. Knowing my own fragility, I can slightly imagine, what it must be to suffer under depression. A person well known by my self jumped under the train almost 2 years ago because the depressive moods became to much for that person through all the years. So please take care of you and don't give up - never ever - please! Wish you all the best!
That maybe true, ya never know. I can feel her worries, fear and depression. Suffer with that myself in real life. Most creative emotional image dear Adrie. Hope all is well.
Beautiful work.
At the point in my life, depression is my oldest companion. I don't even have it in me to hate it anymore. I want those around me to smile, so I tell jokes. I want to counter the ugliness with beauty, so I write and I make art.
And yes, somedays I just stay in bed and try to sleep. In my case, depression is only a part. Insomnia is another. Lying awake for nights on end, sometimes wishing for it all to end... I've worked hard to find outlets to deal.
The art is beautiful. Her eyes convince me to reach out, for that tiniest bit of human contact can make all the difference.
Without depression, I'd still have me loneliness.
Such a dramatic creation!
Please stay safe & healthy!
Great render live this image nice to see someone still the words of the great song it's words still pull a cord in my heart
Super mooie creatie Adrie, die emotionele scene is echt fantastisch !!!Bravo !!
Great, emotional and striking image, adrie; I love that Song from Sinatra.
Powerful and emotional. The tears and lighting with the broken glass all say "fragility" to me. I hope you're feeling less fragile and vulnerable today, Adrie. You mean a lot to us. Stay strong and stay safe. I'm sending you love and hugs.
A very emotional image. Here is a point of view that may help. The past generations went through World War One, the Spanish Flu Pandemic, the stock market crash, the great depression, World War two, the Korean War, the Vietnam War, numerous recessions, and the tech bubble crash. Yet, they raised kids, bought houses, worked at jobs, and made it through all of it. Nothing is forever, everything passes and moves on. Without depression, we wouldn't appreciate being happy. - bob
Marvelous and beautiful!!!Good job.👍🖐
I cry for the future good idea
I'm sending some love, hope it helps you to show us more beauty. We all love you, Adrie

Beautful render with lovely postwork!
GREAT
