Ar and G4 are having just way too much fun putting the Fireblade through its paces! This beauty by fireangel should be in the MP in the near future. In the meantime, he's hoping it won't be too difficult to get it back from the Girls for those final tweaks. You know they do love their toys - especially big ones like this! LOL
I spoke with Mike (Faemike55) a night or two ago, and he wanted me to pass along he'll likely be out for a while, and he misses everyone. He's dealing with a rather severe urinary tract staph infection - which is only slightly less agonizing than being set on fire... Healing thoughts and prayers for our buddy...
We've been buried in our little project of Reducing and Recycling several file cabinets full of stuff we've had for years. It's amazing how light a 4-drawer file cabinet actually is when it's empty! Work is continuing on the house and yard (when it's not 103 degrees outside). We'll likely have to spend this winter here, but hopefully we can get out of this area next spring. The noise level just gets worse and worse.
Anyway, enough about that.... I hope everyone is having a pleasant and creative weekend. Remember to stay safe, wear your masks, hang in there, and maybe this crap will end someday.
Now.... Back to work on the T.N.A. Story!

First, I'm very sorry to hear that Mike has such an infection; I've never had one like that, but I know people who have, and yes, the pain can be like fire. I'm glad antibiotics are doing away with the pain, and I hope they continue to. All my best to you, Mike (if you're reading), and I hope you heal and find comfort soon.
Re the image, yes, with Barb (goldie) the women inside really bring home what a beast this vehicle is! It's funny, because while it's huge, it has this playful feel about it, like a gigantic toy. And the drones above it are actually delightful (though I'm sure they won't be, to whoever they discover doing bad deeds). The Fireblade is imposing against that brush-y hilly background, and I love seeing G4 stare out the glass---she seems genuinely immersed in the sights. (And those are big wheels, dude! I mean those definitely won't fit in the trunk of a VW...) Delightful, formidable image. And continued wishes on your long moving-out process; you'll feel so relieved when you're through with it all, and can make your move at last. All the best, Rod, you deserve it. And thanks so much for your wonderful words on my recent upload: I appreciate it greatly. And you can use Slivovitz anywhere you want: I have no ownership of it, and if your team (G4, etc) can SURVIVE it, hey: Let them go to town! (I've had rough drinks---incl some grappas I was convinced were for cleaning out drainpipes---but Slivovitz: man...that's one rough brandy...) Thanks again, and all the best to you!
