Description
Mandelbulb3Dv1.8.9
Just scroon around...spent most of Saturday getting this together to do an MC render of it. Unfortunately Surface Maps and colors don't import well into MC engine neither does VL when you change settings for VL after the VL map is generated which you can do in the standard render engine because you can opt to render HS, AS and Reflects and VL source settings as separate renders with separate settings.Oh well the normal just translates better.

excellent image Len
Yep, understood every word of that. Looks like I'm also going to need a level 42 fractal decoder ring, lol.
Cool bulb work, I like the color one a bit more. Would make an interesting shiny new Tim Burton style world...
Edgar Winter - Frankenstein Ah, the good ol nine minute rock song...
The colours are great
xlt!!, thanks for sharimg params
Rainbow reflections and perfect spirals surrounded by tiny spheres. This looks wonderful!.
Oh wow 😳
Imagine this as a Alien beach on a sunny.
The mix of colours, lighting and reflections are phenomenal.
