Description
I wanted to do a swimsuit set for L'Homme's shorts but I just am not a big fan of L'Homme's default head (it looks like Tyler to me, and while Tyler is fine, one is plenty.) So I painted up this face to literally sit over the default and match, so I could have a beach guy with not much work. It could use a little tweak--the lip outline was me trying to figure out where that edge was. Up close you can tell it's mostly photoshop brushes.
The shirt by Tipol is a dynamic one but it's pretty easy to use, and I remember to smooth it afterwards before rendering to iron out any triangles :D Background is by Richardphotos and if you don't own his photo sets, you should. They are good for so many things, from reflect maps to backgrounds to art for poser people's walls :D

You amaze me at your ability to manipulate the aspects of a character. Facial morphs for L'Homme were a hit with me. Is this a Post Process Paint job or a skin texture for L'Homme . It certainly looks good. I love Richards backgrounds. Being from the South West I immediately gravitate to that beautiful side of nature, or as some call it 'Stinking Desert National Park" Seriously, the South West landscapes are so unique.
It's a skin texture! I think I can share it once I get the folders set up. I think the Southwest is just beautiful but it's way too hot for me, especially after living in the Northwest and Chicago. I've gotten used to a constant 40 degrees 7 months of the year :D But the lizards and rocks and wild plants are superb down there.
Excellent !
Very handsome character! Excellent portrait!
woohooo!!! he looks great!
Thanks everyone! Let me see if I can successfully get his head into Freestuff :D
tremendously done realism Lynn.
Thank you, Steve! I need to figure out if I can get M4 to work in Poser 11, I miss that guy (and all his clothes :D)
Great character!
Very nice character
Very handsome.
You really did an amazing job on this, Lynn! Even close-up, I can't really see your brushwork. That might be because I've had my face stuck in monitors all day working on TNA, and getting DAZ installed on the other machine, but still..
I'm not a huge fan of either LaFemme, or L'Homme, but maybe I just need to work with both of 'em more... But you made him look awesome here!
I think they got off to a bit of an awkward start, but they are really wonderful once you figure out where all the dials are hidden (there are literally hundreds of posing and adjustment morphs, under layers and layer of panes). Plus they are getting more add-on items to make them more fun. I think L'Homme has such an unfortunate default expression, it's a bit off putting. He's actually quite handsome--these are his default morphs!
Lovely portrait of this young man!
Thank you, Ute, I think he can be so cute with some love :D
As well he should be :-)
He's in Freestuff! Thank you all again! <3
Such a talent you have shown here. Fine work indeed!
He could still use some tweaks but he'd be a good starting point for (someone else) to make a full character :D Thank you too!
Very nice job, thank you for the credit ;)
Thank you for the clothing! L'Homme has so few pieces, I think you have made most of them :D
